Transforming children's mathematical learning through digital games

The Arithmós Project is a collaboration between University College Dublin and Technological University Dublin, funded by the Irish Research Council. It aims to transform maths education through the engagement of children, teachers, families, and policymakers.

The pillars of this project are:

i) the research at the schools which will examine the impact of a digital educational game on maths learning,
ii) a programme for teachers to improve maths anxiety management in class,
iii) an animation for family and children to raise awareness about maths anxiety, and
iv) a meeting with policymakers concerning curriculum design.
